Very simply, funding.  This vision requires funding to make it happen.  The pilot project was funded by Jackson County, Missouri and was completed on time and under budget.  Unfortunately state and local governments do not have unlimited resources to devote to this kind of program.  That’s why I need your help.  That’s why the men and women who are incarcerated in this country need your help.  Let me say that there are some really bad people locked up in prisons across this country that no program or effort to help them will prove successful.  This is not for them.  This is for the men and women who do truly want to change their lives and just need some one to care and show them how to fish.  Anything you can do will go along way to effecting change and make a difference.
